    OUTSIDE THE FICTION

    Field notes

TIDEPOOL.ING / Eleven Days Underwater is an original sound artwork by Kris Krüg with Codex, created in 2026 and set on an imagined Salish Sea in 2075.

The on-air mode is a recorded, repeating sixty-minute edition. A shared UTC schedule lets listeners with normally synchronized device clocks join the same moment. It is not a live performance or an actual radio-frequency transmission.

All dialogue, residents, businesses and future conditions are fiction. Voices are stock macOS speech: Samantha, Daniel, Moira, Karen, Fred, Tessa, Reed and Zarvox. No voice cloning is used. All music, water and receiver textures are original procedural synthesis; no real shoreline, archival or listener recording is included.

The recovered relay is generated concept art. Its materials, place and technology are fictional. The trace responds to the playing audio. Reception tuning is an artistic listening control, not measured environmental data.

Opening edition, created in October 2026. The archive preserves the complete first pilot and its twenty-two station pieces. No account, microphone access or listener contribution is required.
